Peaceful Valley Townhouses

Peaceful Valley Townhouses is a 20-unit family housing project funded by NYS DHCR. Liberty Affordable Housing holds the General Partner interest in Peaceful Valley Townhouses L.P., the entity that owns the property. Since assuming the General Partner role in 2013, following challenges faced by the original sponsor, Liberty has been instrumental in stabilizing and ensuring the ongoing success of the project.
