Robinson Square Apartments

Robinson Square Apartments was acquired by Liberty Affordable Housing in December 2019. This multi-family housing complex, located in downtown Albany, NY, underwent a $19 million acquisition and rehabilitation project starting in January 2020 and was completed in late winter 2021.

The extensive renovation was designed to enhance the living environment while preserving the integrity of this 124-unit, 26-building property. The project ensured the availability of modern, high-quality housing options in a central urban location, providing an upgraded living experience for residents in downtown Albany.
