Camden Apartments

In 2012, Liberty Affordable Housing assumed control of Camden Apartments Co., Inc., replacing the Camden Board with the Liberty Board. Camden Apartments, a 40-unit low-income senior housing complex located in Camden, New York, has undergone significant enhancements under Liberty’s stewardship.

Notable improvements include new exterior siding, upgraded smoke detectors, new handrails, and enhanced emergency lighting. Additional renovations, such as the replacement and upgrade of the main building entryway, are ongoing as part of a comprehensive capital improvement plan, ensuring continued improvements in living conditions for residents.
