Clinton Manor Apartments

Clinton Manor Apartments, located in the picturesque town of Clinton, NY, is a 101-unit affordable senior housing facility. Acquired by Liberty Affordable Housing in 2010, the project underwent substantial rehabilitation, which was completed in February 2011.

This HUD Section 202 project was funded through the HFA All-Affordable program, tax-exempt bonds with 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), and is notably the only project funded to date through the Great Lakes Upstate Capital Fund.

The comprehensive renovation included new vinyl siding, windows, doors, roofs, a new elevator, a state-of-the-art sprinkler system, and enhanced landscaping. Inside, each apartment was updated with Energy Star appliances, new carpeting, and refreshed kitchens and bathrooms. Additionally, Clinton Manor features a convenient fitness center, further enhancing the quality of life for its senior residents.
