Park Drive Manor I
Park Drive Manor I is a 102-unit affordable family housing complex, funded through the HFA Mitchell-Lama Preservation program, tax-exempt bonds with 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), and a HUD Section 236 decoupling. This preservation project ensures continued affordability for low-income families.
Acquired by Liberty Affordable Housing in 2008, Park Drive Manor I underwent a substantial rehabilitation that was completed in 2009. The renovations included new vinyl siding, updated mansards, improved landscaping, and repaved parking areas. Each apartment was modernized with new Energy Star appliances, updated kitchens and bathrooms, new windows, and fresh carpeting, enhancing both comfort and functionality for residents.
