Mohawk Valley Apartments

Mohawk Valley Apartments, located in the Village of Clinton, NY, is a 39-unit family housing complex specifically designed to accommodate individuals with mobility impairments. Acquired by Liberty Affordable Housing in the fall of 2010, the substantial rehabilitation of the property was completed in December 2010.This preservation project was funded through the HFA All-Affordable program, tax-exempt bonds with 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), and is notably the only project to date funded through the Great Lakes Upstate Capital Fund.

The extensive renovations included new vinyl siding, windows, doors, roofs, and landscaping. Inside, each apartment was updated with Energy Star appliances, new carpeting, and refreshed kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring a modern and accessible living environment.
