In March 2019, Liberty Affordable Housing's Board of Directors acquired the General Partner interest in Clinton Plaza, a 305-unit family property with LIHTC and Section 8 funding. Clinton Plaza offers a range of studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments, all with included utilities and air conditioning. The property features a large, modern laundry facility, on-site security personnel, a secure building with key fob entry, a spacious community room with a kitchen and patio, and an on-site ATM.
