Hillside Place Apartments

Hillside Place Apartments is a 24-unit LIHTC senior apartment community. Liberty Affordable Housing acquired both the General and Limited Partnership interests in June 2024. The property is under consideration for rehabilitation within the next couple of years to enhance its facilities and continue providing quality affordable housing for seniors.
