Park Drive Manor II offers 168 units of family housing with a full project-based Section 8 contract, ensuring affordable living for low-income families. This preservation project was funded through the HFA All Affordable program, tax-exempt bonds, and 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).

Acquired by Liberty Affordable Housing in 2006, Park Drive Manor II underwent a substantial rehabilitation that was completed in 2007. The renovation included significant upgrades such as new vinyl siding, improved landscaping, and repaved parking areas. Each apartment was enhanced with new Energy Star appliances, updated kitchens and bathrooms, new windows, and fresh carpeting, providing modern, comfortable living spaces for residents.
