In 2012, Liberty Affordable Housing assumed the ownership of Camden Apartments Co., Inc. when the Liberty Board was substituted for the Camden Board.  Camden Apartments is a 40-unit, low-income, senior complex located in the town of Camden, Oneida County, New York.

Upon assuming ownership of Camden Apartments, Liberty undertook significant improvements to the property. The scope of work completed includes new exterior siding, smoke detector upgrades, new handrails, and new emergency lighting.

Additional renovations, which include a replacement / upgrade of the main building entryway, will continue as outlined by a comprehensive capital improvement plan.

Upon completion of the renovations, residents will enjoy a revitalized property providing them a safer, more energy efficient, and more comfortable home-the standard of all Liberty properties.
