Cedars Senior Living

Cedars Senior Living offers an exceptional living experience for seniors in the Queensbury, NY area with 62 thoughtfully designed, affordable housing units. Completed in 2006, the community features spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments, complemented by a welcoming onsite community room, a convenient laundry care center, and a fully equipped commercial-grade kitchen. In collaboration with the Warren County Office for the Aging, the community also provides optional meal services to enhance the quality of life for its residents.

The project was made possible through a combination of Federal 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits (9% LIHTC) and Housing Trust Funds, ensuring both affordability and sustainability.
