Parkedge Townhomes

Parkedge Townhomes represents a major revitalization of the Parkedge Apartments, a historic NYS Mitchell-Lama program project, acquired by Liberty Affordable Housing in December 2020. The extensive rehabilitation and redevelopment of this 184-unit, 27-building complex commenced in January 2021 and was completed in the fall of 2023.

Now reimagined as Parkedge Townhomes, the property has been transformed into a modern multi-family townhouse complex in Utica, NY. The redevelopment included significant upgrades to the existing townhomes and the construction of a new community building and leasing office, enhancing both functionality and the resident experience.
