Knitting Mill Apartments Receives Preservation Award
Congratulations to Knitting Mill Apartments in Fall River for receiving a 2022 Paul & Niki Tsongas Award! Named for the award's first recipient, Senator Paul Tsongas, it was expanded in 2016 to include the contributions of Congresswoman Niki Tsongas to preservation efforts across all of Massachusetts. It was truly an honor to be recognized as the only out-of-state developer and management company in the state of Mass.
