Estee Senior Apartments Breaks Ground

Liberty held a ceremonial groundbreaking on August 2, 2017 to mark the start of the construction of the Estee Senior Apartments in Gloversville New York. The 37 unit structure will provide quality affordable housing for Gloversville area seniors.

As a tribute to its historical significance, Estee Senior Apartments will be built to resemble the Estee School which served the City for over 100 years on the same site.

Residents of Estee Senior Apartments will enjoy secure, comfortable, and energy efficient living. Amenities available include laundry on each floor, community room, fitness room, and technology center. Construction is expected to be complete by June 2018.
