Liberty Affordable Housing holds the General Partner interest in Millstream Manor, LP, the ownership entity for Millstream Apartments, an 18 unit Rural Development 515 project.  Liberty assumed the General Partner role in 2012 and has been instrumental in stabilizing this project.
