MOHAWK VALLEY APARTMENTS
Liberty Affordable Housing acquired Mohawk Valley apartments in Fall of 2010. Rehabilitation of this location, which serves persons with mobility impairment, was promptly started and completed in December 2010.
Located in the Village of Clinton, NY, the facility’s rehab included new vinyl siding, doors, roof, and landscaping. The apartments also received new ENERGY STAR appliances, carpeting, kitchens and baths as needed.
