CLINTON MANOR APARTMENTS

Liberty Affordable Housing acquired Clinton Manor in 2010. Rehabilitation on this location, a 202 Senior Project, was promptly started and completed in February 2011.

Located in quaint Clinton, NY, the facility’s rehab included new vinyl siding, new elevator, doors, roof, sprinklers and landscaping. Clinton Manor Apartments serves the senior population and offers a convenient fitness center. The apartments also received new ENERGY STAR appliances, carpeting, kitchens and baths as needed.

We’re very proud of Clinton Manor’s state-of-the-art fitness center and “Wellness” program. Our residents have the opportunity to improve their health and quality of life with regular supervised exercise and dietary advice from trained professionals. We think this is the wave of the future for independent senior living, and another way that we provide “Better Lives Through Better Housing.”
