Julie
Flynn has been participating in the development and
preservation of quality affordable rental housing across
New York State since 1999.
Ms.
Flynn plays an intricate role in the development of
each project by coordinating the development team, obtaining
financing, and advancing each project through from concept
to completion.
Proficient
in the competitive 9% Federal Low Income Housing Tax
Credit (LIHC) program, Ms. Flynn has successfully
achieved funding on twelve capital project applications
to the NYS Division of Housing and Community Renewal.
The resulting $56 million in total development costs
created over 270 units of quality affordable housing
for qualified low and moderate income families across
New York State.
Ms.
Flynn is a licensed real estate agent in the state
of New York and a member of the National Association
of REALTORS®. She is a church musician and president
of her local Ladies Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign
Wars.
